At Miss Wares, we believe shopping for your wardrobe should be fun, easy, and worry-free. If your new favorite outfit isn’t exactly right, we’ve got you covered!

🛍️ Easy Returns – 30 Days

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. After that, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges, so make sure to check your order soon!

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached and packaging intact
  • Certain items are non-returnable:
    • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Gift cards and final sale items

💸 Refunds Made Simple

Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will go straight back to your original payment method within 5–10 working business days.

Heads up:

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of wear or is returned after 30 days
  • Sale items (final sale) cannot be refunded

🔄 Exchanges

🎁 Gifts

  • Items purchased as gifts? You’ll receive a gift credit for your return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as such, refunds go to the original buyer.

🚚 Shipping Returns

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (these are non-refundable)
  • Use a trackable shipping service for high-value items – we don’t want your outfit lost in transit!

❌🕒Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once this time period has passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing.
